At Burt's Place, I hold many roles. I have been working there since I was fourteen years old! This restaurant is more than a job for me, it is where I have met so many amazing people, and also had been given the opportunity to grow within the business. A couple years ago, a couple of customers asked me to purchase a T-shirt. We had a couple in stock, but I knew we soon needed to order more. The owner and the manager lost the information of where they ordered the T-shirts last, and even the design. I took it upon myself to repurpose the old T-shirt design and give it something new. We have sold over 200 T-shirts at Burt's, all with various designs that I created.
